Exchanges and Repairs
We offer exchanges only and a 30 day warranty against faulty workmanship. You must email us within 30 days of purchase to activate the warranty claim. You are allowed to take more than 30 days to send items back for exchange or repair as long as you emailed a claim within that 30 day period.
After 30 days, repairs are not free but are reasonable when offered. Repairs are not always offered under every circumstance but, we may offer a discounted replacement of the same or similar item with the trade in of the original item.
To request a repair, email us a picture of the damaged piece and request an estimate before returning the item. All repairs must be scheduled between October 10th and April 15th each year. Please allow several weeks for repairs.
